As the title states, this entry will be about guys and life experiences.
First phrase: "He's not calling you because he's just not interested," comes to mind when I think about my interactions with this guy I know.
Second phrase, which my friend uses too often is, "I'll call you later." The things I've heard about guys and this phrase are; they say it way too often and they never follow through. I believe that if a guy says this, an action should follow. None of this, "I'll call you later, but really I'm just trying to end this conversation so I can do better things." Really? Is this how guys associate talking on the phone with a woman? I cannot say anything for sure, however, I've come to realize that the first phrase I mentioned is definitely true. If you can find a case where the first phrase doesn't apply, let me know.
Also, a very wise, wonderful and amazing cousin of mine, once told me, "You can't pursue older men, you have to just wait for them to come around." When my cousin told me this over a year and a half ago. I didn't really understand. However, now I do. It is crystal clear.
Side note, I learned a lot through the months I spent with my cousin (it totaled about 6 months in the last 2 years). These are lessons that I'll take with me when I'm in new situations or life experiences. Not every experience was happy or joyous, but for the most part they were worth living through.
"If it doesn't kill you, it will only make you stronger."
